Imperial War Museum in London was established in 1917 to collect and display materials relating to World War I. In 1939 the museum has started adding artifacts from the Second World War and eventually it began its current policy, including the memories of all modern British conflicts. You will find military vehicles, weapons, war, a large library open to the public Monday to Saturday, a photographic archive and a collection of 20 th century and later conflicts, especially those relating to Great Britain and the British Empire .
